Spring Is Coming

Now spring has come
The flowers bloom
The birds they fly and sing
The world gets bright
With warmth and light
I love this time of spring

The trees grow green
The sky is blue
The hares jump full of joy
The lark goes up
The brook may rush
A girl looks for a boy

The bees now hum
The midges dance
So happily in the light
The blackbird sings
A cheerful song
The sun is shining bright

All men are glad
A gentle wind
Goes over fields and trees
White clouds may drift
The flowers grow
Oh spring you should not cease
